Workshop Limits
Minimum: 10 participants
Maximum: 30 Participants
Places in the workshop are limited. If the workshop is full please register your name on the waitlist
Registration Fees:
Unless specified otherwise registration fees for a one day in-person workshop are:
In-Person:
Earlybird: $295.00 Full: $370.00 (GST excl.)
Earlybird closes 4 weeks prior to workshop
Online: Prices vary depending on the number of modules in the workshop series.
Group Booking: Book 3 or more participants in one booking and receive 20% discount off each registration
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are no longer able to attend the workshop please cancel your registration as soon as possible. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing.
The following refund policy is strictly adhered to:
Cancellation of registration:
Up to seven days prior to workshop:
Full refund less $35+GST admin fee OR a rescheduling at no additional charge
Within seven days prior to workshop:
No refund but registration can be transferred to another person
None attendance on the day: No refund
Cancellation of Workshop by TaylorMade Training:
TaylorMade Training and Consulting (TMTC) reserve the right to cancel a workshop up to fourteen days prior to the workshop if there are not the minimum number of registrations.
Notification will be given in writing by email and participants must acknowledge
receipt of the notifciation by return email
If cancelled, participants will be offered:
- the option to transfer their registration to the same workshop in another location or the online workshop series OR
- a credit equivalent of the registration amount to attend another TMTC workshop (within 12 months of the cancelled workshop) OR
- full refund of their registration fee.
Refunds will be paid:
- to the credit card used when registering
- by electronic transfer into a bank account participant.
TMTC accept no responsibility for any other costs incurred by participant as a result of a workshop cancellation.
In-House Training
All workshop can also be delivered in-house for organisations, professional bodies or communities.
As the business name suggest, TaylorMade does not subscribe to the “one training package fits all” approach and prides itself on ensuring the workshop content is tailored to the training needs of your organisation or community.
Organisations can be assisted in scoping of the most appropriate training for their staff.
Post workshop consulting services such as mentoring, supervision, auditing policies and procedures, programme evaluation
Payment
Payment is by either:Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or Instalment Payment (ZIP and Afterpay) orInvoice - Organisations can request to pay by invoice. At payment method click on Invoice,
Terms for Payment By InvoicePayment by Invoice is only for NGOs, Government Departments, Te Whatu Ora, PHOs, Schools and tertiary organisations, businesses.
By selecting to pay by invoice the organisation agrees to the following conditions:1. Your place in the workshop is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment of the invoice must be made within seven days of registering to avoid having your registration cancelled. Late payment fees apply.
2. A Tax Invoice from TaylorMade Training and Consulting will be sent to you separately which will contain bank details for payment.
3. By registering for the workshop, you agree to the cancellation and policy. (refer below). Organisations who cancel within seven days of the workshop and have not paid the invoice for the outstanding registration fee are still obligated to pay the outstanding debt.

A limited number of scholarships is available for each workshop. The types of scholarships offered are:
Full Scholarship: Covers total amount of the registration fee Eligibility: Tangata Whaiora / Mental health consumers, Carers and Volunteers. Partial Scholarship: 25% or 50% discount off the full registration feeEligibility: Full-time tertiary students in health, social services and disability related coursesWorkers from community organisations with limited or no government funding
How to Apply: Closing Date Applications for scholarships close twenty working days before the workshop. Late applications cannot be considered. Scholarship Application To apply for a scholarship you just need to send an email with the following information: The name, location and date of the workshop you wish to attend. Eligibility: State which category that you are eligible for a full or partial subsidy Type of scholarship being sought: Full: 100% subsidy, Partial Subsidy (25 or 50%) Details: Why you wish to attend and the context in which you work with suicidal people or those at risk of suicide A brief description of the organisation you work for or if student, what you are studying and area you hope to work in. Reasons why a scholarship or student/organisation discount is required. Applications without all the required information supplied will not be considered Notification of Application Result All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application 2 weeks prior to the workshop date. The decisions on the number of partial scholarships and the amount of discount to be offered is not made until 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.
